Principle Maintenance
Principle, our authorized sign vendor, performs on-call maintenance services for FCA. Dealers that sign up for the Dealer Identity Sign Program are automatically enrolled in the FCA Sign Maintenance Program. The maintenance services include the repairing or replacing of lamps, LED's, ballasts, transformers, power supplies, sockets and non-primary wiring. For sign maintenance or repair, dealers should call the FCA Sign Maintenance Line at 1-866-995-0996.
